Chef Nico is a nomadic, innovative, and experimental visionary in the culinary world. His thrilling experiences through travels and seasons have culminated in a selection of hand-picked, earthy dishes that resonate with authenticity and creativity. Born in Argentina and raised in Ireland, Chef Nico's culinary journey began at the young age of 12, when he started cooking to support his family. By age 15, he was working in kitchens during the summer, where he discovered his passion for the culinary arts.
After high school, Chef Nico left his hometown of Dublin to gain diverse culinary experiences across Europe. He worked on farms and in restaurants in Portugal, Spain, Holland, Switzerland, France, and Italy, receiving his education in cooking through hands-on experiences.
His journey then led him to Asia, where he first immersed himself in the culinary scene in China. Subsequently, he
moved to Hong Kong, where he contributed to opening restaurants for notable culinary groups. Eventually, Chef Nico forged his own path as a private chef and consultant, bringing his unique culinary vision to life.
He has successfully opened Aleisha, his own restaurant. At Aleisha, he pushed the boundaries of culinary art with his innovative and passionate approach.
