Our highly experienced Head chef Joey is passionate about Japanese food and began his journey at the prestigious Tokyo Sushi Academy, mastering traditional techniques. He worked previously for the highly regarded Zuma in HK, an Omakase restaurant in Seoul, Korea, and alongside a Michelin stared restaurant chef in Tokyo. His creative approach to his recipes comes from his international experience and he continues to evolve with memorable flavours only for you.
