Born and raised in Mumbai, formerly known as Bombay, in India, Chef Samaira is no stranger to her home country’s cuisine. The Mumbai-native is keen to
celebrate her heritage through her cuisine.
The Portuguese arrived in India in 1500s, and for
centuries the country’s cuisine has undergone the influence. Samaira’s Indian cuisine is
inspired by her Portuguese-Indian descent, as her cuisine is inspired to cherish family recipes and the art of hospitality and entertaining.
She moved to Hong Kong with a profession in the commercial sector. As her passion for cuisine grew stronger, Samaira started to host special
pop-ups and wine dinners, presenting a colourful scope of Indian cuisine beyond the stereotypical spice-laden dishes. Drawing on her years of experience as a private chef, she brings a distinctive perspective of Indian cuisine unknown to many, but often beloved.

The menu price is for food only everything else should be arranged by the host and limited to venue. I will bring all the food items.
